The minimum eligibility for the B. TECH course in petroleum engineering is 55% marks in the higher secondary board examination. However, there is relaxation in aggregate marks for SC/ST/PWD students.
Students who have completed diploma course in petroleum engineering after class 10 can also apply through lateral entry procedure and get admission directly in second year of Engineering.
