RPET Pharmacy stands for Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test Pharmacy which is conducted by the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan to provide admissions into Bachelors in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) course. RPET Pharmacy is a state-level entrance exam conducted in offline mode (pen-paper based) to impart admissions into B. Pharm course in several governments and private medical colleges of Rajasthan State.

To appear in the Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test Pharmacy (RPET Pharmacy), students need to follow the given eligibility conditions.
Students must have completed class 10+2 with PCB (Physics, Biology and chemistry subjects) and obtained minimum 45% marks (40% marks for SC/SC category students) from a recognized board are eligible to apply.
The minimum age required to apply for the RPET Pharmacy is 17 years.
The students must be a resident of Rajasthan State.
Applicants are required to apply through the E-application process (online) only. Registration process has not been announced till date. Candidates can apply for the RPET Pharmacy by following the process given below.

The syllabus for the RPET Pharmacy (Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test Pharmacy) 2023 is based on the syllabus of the High School Certificate Examination, Rajasthan Board for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Magnetic effects of Current and Magnetism - Biot-Savart Law, Magnetic field, Ampere's Law, Current loop as a magnetic dipole, Cyclotron, Electromagnetic and factors affecting them.
Electromagnetic induction and alternation of currents- Lenz Law, Faraday's law, Self and mutual inductance, power in AC circuits, LCR Series circuit, AC Generator and transformer
Electromagnetic waves - electromagnetic waves and characteristics, Displacement current, electromagnetic spectrum.
Optics: Diffraction concepts, spherical mirrors, Reflection of light, refraction of light, Microscope, Telescopes, Scattering of light, Wave optics.
Dual Nature of Matter and Radiation: Einstein's photoelectric equation, Photoelectric effect, Matter waves.
Chemistry Syllabus
Solid state: Classification of solids such as ionic, molecular, covalent and metallic solids, crystalline and amorphous solids.
Solutions: the solubility of the gas in solid and liquids solutions, Types of solutions, colligative properties.
Electrochemistry: Electrolytic solutions, Redox reaction, electrolysis and laws of electrolysis, Standard Kohlrausch's Law, electrode potential.
Chemical Kinetics: factors affecting the rate of a temperature, reaction, and molecularity of a reaction, rate of a reaction.
Surface Chemistry: Chemisorption, Adsorption, enzyme catalysis, Catalysis of homogenous and heterogeneous, colloid properties, types of emulsions, electrophoresis.
Biology Syllabus:
Reproduction in organisms which is sexual and asexual.
Genetics and evolution: Klinefelter syndrome, Heredity, variation, the molecular basis of Replication, inheritance, DNA, Human evolution, Adaptive radiation.
Biology and Human welfare, Biotechnology and its applications.
Ecology: Organisms and environment.
The Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test Pharmacy (RPET Pharmacy) 2023 is an entrance exam conducted by Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan for admission into first-year courses such as Bachelors in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) course. The exam is a pen-paper based test (offline) which will be conducted in various cities Rajasthan State.
