Eligibility Criteria : To be
eligible for MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) course in India, candidates must
meet the following criteria:

Educational
Qualification: Students must have completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery
(BDS) degree from a recognized dental college or university. The BDS degree
must be recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI).
2.
Internship
Completion: Students must have completed a one-year mandatory internship
after completing their BDS degree. The internship must be completed on or
before 31st March of the admission year.
3.
Registration:
Students must be registered with the Dental Council of India (DCI) or the State
Dental Council (SDC).
4.
NEET MDS:
Students must qualify the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Master of
Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) conducted by the National Board of Examinations
(NBE).
5.
Minimum
Marks: Students must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their BDS
degree. However, the minimum marks requirement may vary depending on the
college or university.
