National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), as an autonomous body was established in the year 1982, under the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India, for coordinated development and education of hospitality management in the country at Institutes affiliated to it.
The Government of India (GOI), Ministry of Education (MOE), has established NTA as an autonomous, independent and self-sustained organization for conducting exams in order to assess students to impart admissions to higher educational institutions.
NCHMCT JEE 2024 is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA annually to impart admissions into three-year B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) course which is further divided into six semesters.
This course is available at the Institutes of Hotel Management (IHM) affiliated to NCHM&CT and equips candidates with all the required knowledge, skills and attitude for taken up responsibilities in the Hospitality sector. NTA will be organizing the NCHM JEE-2024 in the Computer Based Test (Online) Mode.

To appear in the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE 2024), students need to follow the given eligibility conditions.
Age Limit: Upper age limit for General (EWS), General and OBC categories students - 22 years
SC, ST students and physically challenged students - 25 years
Qualification: Students must have passed class 10+2 from any recognized board.
Subjects: Students must have studied English subject as functional/ core/ elective in their qualifying examination.
Students who are awaiting their class 10+2 results are also eligible to apply.
Reservation Policy
(a) SC (Scheduled Castes): 15% of the total seats.
(b) ST (Schedule Tribes): 7.5% of the total seats.
(c) (Non-Creamy Layers) OBC (Other Backward Classes): -27% of the total seats.
Application Form Fill-out Process:
Applicants are required to apply through the E-application process (online) only. Last date of registration for this academic year is over. Candidates can apply next year by following the process given below.

Before appearing in NCHMCT JEE 2024 exam conducted by NTA, students must check the syllabus given below:
General Knowledge and Current Affairs: National current affairs, General politics, scientific research, countries and capitals, Indian constitution, sports, current events, economics, etc.
Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude: HCF and LCM, pipes and cisterns, square roots, arithmetic, logarithms, cube roots, arithmetic, clocks and calendars, profit and loss partnerships, races and games, problems on ages, mixture and allegation, elementary mathematics, etc.
English Language: fill in the blanks, Conclusion, error correction, vocabulary, tenses, sentence correction, unseen passage, word formation, idioms and phrases, synonyms, articles, subject-verb agreement and theme detection etc.
Reasoning and Logical Deduction: linear agreement, blood relationships, Analytical reasoning, alphabet test, classification, verbal series, data sufficiency test, routes and networks, symbols and nations, etc.
The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE 2024) is an entrance exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission into B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) course. The exam is a computer-based test (online) that has been conducted in various cities across India.

The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination (NCHMCT JEE 2024) Admit Card was available on the NTA official website on 10th May 2024. Students can access their hall ticket by logging in with their login id and password.
Steps to Get Admit card:
Students are suggested to carry their admit card to the exam centre on exam date. Without the admit-card, students are not permitted for the exam.
