All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi organized the AIIMS PG 2024 exam for admissions into its six -year PG medical courses such as DM/ M.Ch. and three-year MD/ MS/ MDS courses. AIIMS PG entrance exam has been replaced by INI-CET and INI-SS. For six-year courses, admission is offered to students via INI CET whereas for three-year programmes, it will be offered via INI SS.
Qualified students from the entrance examination will get admission in several medical renowned institutions such as 16 AIIMS, NIHMANS, JIPMER and PGIMER institutions. From 2021, all these institutes provide admission on the basis of the marks secured in the INI CET and INI SS exam only. INI CET and INI SS examination is organized twice a year, January and July session.
AIIMS PG 2024 (1st Round) Allotment has been declared for admission into MD/ MS (July session). Counselling has been started for DM/ M.Ch admissions through INI SS and for MD/ MS admission through INI CET .

For INI-CET: -
To appear in the AIIMS PG (All India Institute of Medical Science Post Graduate) Exam 2024, students must follow the eligibility conditions given below.
Students must have obtained a MBBS degree for admission into MD/MS course from an institution recognised by the NMC (National Medical Commission).
General/OBC/EWS category students must have obtained minimum 55% aggregate marks in Graduation (MBBS), while SC/ST/PWD category students must obtain 50% marks.
Students should have completed one-year rotatory internship.
Medical students must have obtained a registration certificate awarded by the NMC (National Medical Commission) or the State Medical Council (SMC).
There is no minimum age limit required to apply for the AIIMS PG (All India Institute of Medical Science Post Graduate).
For INI-SS: -
Interested students must have completed post -graduation and holding a master’s degree in DNB or MD/ MS courses from any MCI approved board or university.
Students belong to General Category must not be more than 35 years and 3 years of age relaxation will be given to students belongs to OBC category while 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ ST category students.
Applicants are required to apply through the E-application process (online) only. Last date for registration for this academic year is over. Candidates can apply next year by following the process given below.

The INI-CET or INI-SS 2024 is an entrance exam conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi for admission to 6 years PG medical courses such as Doctor of Medicine (MD), Masters of Surgery (MS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) and Master of Chirurgiae (MCh).
