IIM Kashipur Registers 100% Placements, Highest CTC Stands at Rs 37 Lakh

IIM Kashipur, one of the leading business schools in India, has achieved a remarkable feat by registering 100% placements for its batch of 2021-23. The institute witnessed a surge in the number of companies participating in the placement process, with more than 150 companies offering job opportunities to the students. The highest salary package offered to a student was Rs 37 Lakh per annum, which is a significant increase from the previous years highest package of Rs 28 Lakh per annum.

Rise in number of recruiters

The institute witnessed a substantial increase in the number of recruiters this year, with over 150 companies offering job opportunities to the students. The recruiters came from diverse sectors such as consulting, FMCG, e-commerce, healthcare, BFSI, and many more. Some of the top recruiters that participated in the placement process were Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Citi Bank, Aditya Birla Group, and Tata Steel.

Domain-wise Placement

Opportunities in consulting, finance, marketing, operations, and general management were among those presented to the students. More than 30% of the student community chooses to major in the consulting field. Following closely after business, 25% of students chose finance, while 20% picked marketing.
