A total of 12 students can apply for this scholarship, three from each of the four institutes. A committee led by the vice chancellor chooses while taking into account every student's socioeconomic status.
This scholarship is only available to the children of JCOs (Junior Commissioned Officers) and other ranks of serving or retired members of the Indian Army's Artillery regiments. 8 students in total—4 boys and 4 girls—are awarded this scholarship, which pays all of their tuition costs.
