Chitkara University offers courses at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels in a variety of specializations. Chitkara University course admissions are available in both full-time and part-time formats. Students who meet the course eligibility criteria for admission to Chitkara University courses must additionally take a national and state level competitive test, followed by the Chitkara University counseling process. Chitkara University offers Ph.D. admission based on UGC-CSIR-NET/JRF/SLET/GATE scores, followed by a personal interview. Chitkara University grants final PhD admissions based on test scores, employment experience, research interests, and a final interview.
Applicants for B.E must have finished 10+2 with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Admission to BE would be based on JEE Main scores.
Applicants for B.Arch must have completed 10+2 with Mathematics and English as obligatory courses with a minimum of 50% marks.
Admission to the B.Arch programme would be based on NATA or JEE Main Paper 2 marks.
Applicants for B.Physio and B.Optom must have a minimum of 50% in a 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as primary subjects.
Admission to the BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., B.Physio, B.Optom, B.Pharma, and Pharm.D. programmes will be determined by merit and performance in a personal interview.
25% of the seats are reserved for genuine Himachal Pradesh applicants.
15% of the seats are designated solely for applicants with a Punjab domicile.
