Admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate degrees is based on the merits obtained in the qualifying examination.
The merit obtained in the entrance examination serves as the foundation for your admission, thus it is the first step in requesting admission to the DBU.
Once qualified, the candidate's name will be added to a list of names who have passed the eligibility criteria as well as the entrance exams for the relevant course and will now appear for the interview.
Candidates must complete an online application form for each course for which they wish to apply.
The application cost can be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/E-Challan. In the case of an E-Challan, the application cost can be paid at any Indian Bank branch.
To be eligible for admission to DBU's undergraduate programmes, you must have completed your 10+2 in the corresponding subject or any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board/university.
The candidate must have completed their degree in any discipline or the appropriate topic from a recognised board/university with a minimum of 55-60% marks to be eligible for the postgraduate programme.

Desh Bhagat University students have received placement assistance from organizations such as ATS Estate Pvt Limited, Punjilloyd, Atlantic Limited, Dell, DS Constructions, App in Technologies, Prabhat Forgings, Bhurjee Machine Tools, Web com Technologies, and others. For students enrolled in various traditional and self-financing courses, the Placement Cell provides one-on-one and group counseling. The Placement Officer visits several departments and talks with students about career opportunities and employability challenges. Through OPD, IPD therapies, Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy, and herbal medications, it employs highly qualified and trained personnel. The therapeutic units accessible include Panchkarma, Obesity Clinic, Kshar Sutra, Physiotherapy, Eye & Dental Unit, and special intensive care therapy units.
Scholarships:
Freedom Fighters Quota: Fee waivers are granted to children of liberation fighters. Seats have also been set aside for their youngsters.
Sportsmen Quota: To promote sports, some seats are reserved for athletes who have succeeded in their respective events/games. These scholarships are designed to foster sports excellence while also honoring other characteristics. These are awarded to students who excel at the national or state level and have received prizes in the previous two years.
