Admission Process for 2023
For getting preference admission in courses available at Galgotias University, candidates are requested to register online themselves by filling application online form.
1. Fill out the application form online.
2. Upload all required documents, including academic records, proof of identity, and passport size photographs.
3. Pay the application fee online.
4. Wait for the university to review the application.
5. If selected, complete the admission process by paying the fees and submitting all required documents.
The students can register themselves by paying Rs.1100/- for admission process. If student wants admission in the particular course, their amount of Rs.1100 will be adjusted in the application form fee. This registration fees are non-refundable.
Cut off
After the registration process, students get a received a call from admission counsellors and in case all conditions are met, students are asked to pay the academic fees to get enrolled at the university. The cut off for admission at Galgotias University varies depending on the program and the category of the candidate. It is usually announced after the release of the entrance exam results. The university provides admission to students based on academic qualification, document verification and counselling process.

Galgotias University has a dedicated placement cell that provides placement assistance to students. All the students, (on/off Campus) must be registered with CPDD (Career Planning & Development Division) with correct information such as backlog, marks & percentage, Email ID, Contact No. etc.
Before appearing for any placement drive, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria required by the company and if it is found as false information given by information they will be considered as a LEVEL 3 offence and applicants will be awarded three black dots.

Applicants can view, apply for education loan applications to banks anywhere, anytime, by accessing the portal and it also offers linkages to National Scholarship Portal.For that applicants must register on portal by filling all the essential details in registration form.
Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme-Government of Bihar launched, Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme to offer financial assistance to those applicants who wants to pursue higher education upto Rs. 4 Lakh to secondary or senior secondary pass out candidates.
