GLBIMR provides a two-year PGDM programme with six possible specialisations. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% to be eligible for the programme.
Candidates are admitted to PGDM programmes based on their performance in national level competitive tests such as CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT or ATMA. Candidates must attend the institute's Group Discussion and Personal Interview stages in order to be considered for Final Selection.

For the year 2022, GLBIMR has a CAT cutoff of 50% for all of its PGDM programmes, including PGDM Marketing, PGDM Finance, and PGDM Operation. The same cutoff was also in effect in 2021.
