To be admitted to the chosen courses, students must meet the eligibility requirements. To be admitted to an undergraduate programme, one must have passed the 10+2 or an equivalent level of examinations from a recognised board of education with at least 45% marks. Students must have at least 50% in 10+2 to be eligible for B.Sc. A master's degree requires an undergraduate degree in a similar specialization from a recognised university with at least 50% marks, and an M.Sc programme requires 55% marks. Students applying for doctorate programmes must hold a postgraduate degree in a related specialization from a recognised university with at least 55% marks, with reserve category students receiving a 5% relaxation.
