Ramaiah Institute of Management, also known as M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management (MSRIM), is an autonomous private management college situated in Mathikere, Karnataka, India. The college was founded in 1995 and has been academically autonomous for postgraduate programmes since then. Admission to RIMS is based on academic merit in SSC, HSC, and Graduation, as well as a score in any of the National or State level aptitude tests, such as CMAT, CAT, ATMA, XAT, MAT, or KMAT.
All applicants must pass the qualifying examination with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates) marks in any discipline from any recognised university.

The final placement report for the 2019-21 batch has been provided by the institute. MSRIM has placed 95% of its students successfully. According to the official report, 86 organisations participated in the institute, with the majority of them belonging to the IT/Software sector. Furthermore, during MS Ramaiah MBA postings in 2021, the highest and average packages offered were INR 17.3 LPA and INR 5.66 LPA, respectively.
Furthermore, during its summer placements in 2022, MSRIM successfully placed 92.57% of the PGDM batch 2020-22. The school was visited by 36 firms, and the highest stipend provided was INR 2.82 lakh per month.
