The TAPMI Admissions Process consists of three parts. Candidates are shortlisted in the first step based on their CAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT results, work experience, Statement of Purpose (SoP), Academic results, and Extra-curricular Achievements. Candidates must appear for an English Proficiency Test (EPT), Moderated Group Discussions (MGD), and a Personal Interview (PI) in the second step. The final step is the Final Selection, which is based on the Entrance Exam Score + Academic Profile + Work Experience + EPT Score + MGD Score + PI Score.
T. A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) has fixed the CAT cutoff for general category applicants at 85 percentile for the year 2022. This means that individuals who earned an 85 percentile or higher on the CAT examination are eligible to apply for TAPMI's various MBA programmes. MBA programmes in Human Resource Management, International Business, Marketing, Banking and Finance, and General MBA are available. TAPMI's placement campaign for the PGDM - BKFS 2021-23 class is now complete. TAPMI has increased post-program compensation nearly 4.1 times over pre-program salary. Students were offered the highest CTC of INR 22.3 LPA, while the average package was INR 15.7 LPA.
TAPMI has an excellent placement record year after year. The Interim Report on Placements 2022 has already been provided by the institute. According to the report, the institute attained a placement rate of 100%. The number of pupils placed grew from 478 to 550. In addition, the number of PPOs climbed by about 30.19% over the previous year.
