MBA Selection Process at UBS Chandigarh
UBS Chandigarh selects candidates based on their CAT score. Following that, there will be a group discussion and a personal interview. Candidates who want to apply to UBS Chandigarh for the MBA programme must take the CAT, which is administered by IIMs.
Candidates must obtain a minimum of 10% (5% for SC/ST/BC/PwD category) in each component of the Common Admission Test (CAT).
The shortlisted candidates' Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) will take place at UBS Chandigarh.
Attendance at the Group Discussion and Personal Interview is required. If a candidate fails to attend any of the GD or PI sessions, his or her candidature will be cancelled.
UBS Chandigarh provides MBA programmes based on the CAT scores. For admission to the MBA programme, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 88 percentile. To be eligible for Group Discussion and Personal Interview, the candidate must have a minimum score of 10% (5% in case of served category) in each component of the CAT. In addition, the entrance exam scores will be given 85% weightage out of 100% when applying for admission to the MBA programme. NRI candidates who wish to pursue an MBA course must submit a valid GMAT score, which will be merged with the combined score of the Written Test (CAT) held by IIMs and the GD and PI performed by University Business School.
