University of Allahabad conducts LAT (Allahabad University Law Admission Test) every year to provide admissions into three-year BA- LLB course. It is a university-level entrance examination conducted in offline mode i.e., PBT (Pen & Paper-based Test). The examination is objective in nature takes place in various test centres across India. To appear in the Allahabad University LAT (Allahabad University Law Admission Test), students need to follow the given eligibility conditions.
Students must have completed Graduation and holding a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and obtained minimum 45 % marks (40 % marks for SC/ST students, 42% marks for OBC students) from a recognised University are eligible to apply.
Applicants who are awaiting their final year results are also eligible to appear in the exam.
There is no upper age limit to apply for the exam.

General Awareness & Current Affairs: - This section comprises questions from topics such as Current International Affairs, Current National Affairs, Sports, Currencies, Geography, Capitals, Books & Authors, art & culture and Indian history social studies, politics, science & technology, sports, environment and among other topics.
