AP PGLCET (Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test)– 2024 organized by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur on behalf of APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) to provide admission into regular LLM course (2 year) for the academic year 2024-2024. Students must hold a LL.B./B.L. 3/5 Year degree from a recognised University are eligible to apply.
Students awaiting their final year results are also eligible to apply.

Section A: Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law (20 questions each).
Jurisprudence: Schools of Jurisprudence - Sources of Law: Precedent, Custom and Legislation-Rights and Duties - Obligation-Property-Ownership and Possession-Persons- Liability-Legal Sanctions
Constitutional Law: Nature of the Constitution: Directive Principles of State Policy, Fundamental Rights, Centre-State Relations, Executive Judiciary and Legislature, Amendments to the Constitution, Emergency provisions.
Section B: Public International Law, Mercantile Law, Labour Law, Crimes and Torts, IPR & Other Laws.
The AP PGLCET -2024 (Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test) is an entrance exam conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur on behalf of APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) to provide admission into regular LLM course (2 year) in computer-based test (online) that has been conducted in various cities across Andhra Pradesh state.
