Eligibility:
The candidates Should be Permanent Resident of Assam .
Age limits: As on August 1, 2024, candidates must be older than 21. For SC/ST applicants, there is a 3-year relaxation.
Candidates must have completed a 10+2 or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the required courses. For applicants in the general category, the minimum necessary total score is 50%, while for those in the SC/ST category, it is 45%.
Reservation Criteria:
Candidates from any of the above groups must present proper documentation at the time of counselling and admission. Seat reservations are subject to Assam Government guidelines, and any modifications to the reservation policy will be published by the conducting body, Assam Science and Technology University.
