About GMCET (Global Media Common Entrance Test)
GMCET (Global Media Common Entrance Test) 2024 is an all-South Asia Global Media Common Entrance Test which is a national level entrance test to provide admission to the different Undergraduate Media Courses in its various participating Universities. The GMCET 2024 is powered by edInbox, which is South Asia’s largest education platform.
GMCET (Global Media Common Entrance Test) as the name suggests have global footprints with universities & institutes participation from Malaysia, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and many more countries, scheduled this year in the months of April to September, once every month.
Global Media Common Entrance Test (GMCET) assesses the candidates for their communication skills and required logical and analytics reasoning for comprehending different scenarios and possible outcomes.

GMCET 2024 Application Form
Eligibility Criteria:
In order to appear in GMCET (Global Media Common Entrance Test), candidates need to fulfil following eligibility conditions.
Students must have completed class 10+2 in any stream (commerce, science, arts) from CBSE/ICSE or any other recognised board are eligible to apply.
General category students must have obtained minimum 50 % aggregate marks & 45% for SC/ST/OBC are eligible to apply.
Candidates who are awaiting their board results are also eligible to apply.
Students who have completed a three-four-year diploma course, from an accredited university approved by AICTE with at least 50% marks are also eligible to apply.
Application Form Fill-out Process:
Applicants are required to apply through the E-application process (online) only. Candidates can apply for the GMCET (Global Media Common Entrance Test) by following the process given below.
- Visit the official website of GMCET.
- After that click on the "Apply Online" link.
- Read the instructions carefully before filling out the online application form.
- Fill-up all the necessary details in the application form carefully.
- Upload your signature, scanned photograph, thumb impression and all the necessary documents in the application form.
- Pay the application fee via online mode.
- Submit the application form before the last date of registration.

GMCET 2024 Exam Dates
Exam Dates:
The GMCET (Global Media Common Entrance Test) 2024 is an entrance exam conducted by edInbox, which is South Asia’s largest education platform for admission to under-graduate Media Courses in its various participating Universities. The exam takes place in computer-based test i.e., online mode.
Students wishing to appear for the exam must meet the eligibility conditions of the exam. For the under-graduate programmes, the GMCET 2024 exam will be conducted on 9 July 2024 and results will be declared on 11 July 2024.

GMCET 2024 Admit Card
Exam Admit Card:
Students whose registration is complete in every aspect will be able to download the GMCET Admit Card 48 hours before the scheduled from GMCET Application login portal. Students can access their hall ticket by logging in with their login id and password.
Steps to Get Admit card:
- Go to the official website of GMCET
- Then after click on the "Admit Card" link.
- Enter your login id and password.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- Admit card/Hall ticket will be shown on the screen.
- Download and print your Admit card/Hall ticket for future reference.
The GMCET Admit Card will bear the following details of the student:
GMCET Registration ID, Candidates Name, Date of Birth, Roll Number for GMCET 2024, signature, Category, photograph, examination Time, examination schedule and instructions to students.
Students are suggested to carry their admit card to the exam centre on exam date. Without the admit-card, students are not permitted for the exam. In case the GMCET Admit Card is not available for downloading, students should Contact at +91 95208 64173 or email at support@gmcet.org
GMCET 2024 Exam Centres
Exam Centres:
Candidates applying for the GMCET (Global Media Common Entrance Test) session 2024 must appear in Online Exam from home and candidates can experience the entire procedure from the comfort of their homes. The time would be mentioned in students ADMIT SLIP.
Students will be given a time slot of 15 minutes before beginning of the examination. The test time for the exam day will be informed to students a day before the test on the registered email and mobile number of the students.
