INI CET is the abbreviation for Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test which is conducted by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi for the student’s seeking admission in 6 years PG medical courses such as Doctor of Medicine (MD), Masters of Surgery (MS), Doctorate of Medicine (DM), Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) and Master of Chirurgiae (MCh).
Qualified students from the entrance examination will get admission in several medical renowned institutions such as 16 AIIMS, NIHMANS, JIPMER and PGIMER institutions. From 2021, all these institutes provide admission on the basis of the marks secured in the INI CET exam only. INI CET examination is organized twice a year, January and July session.

Students must have obtained a MBBS degree for admission into MD/MS course from an institution recognised by the NMC (National Medical Commission).
General/OBC/EWS category students must have obtained minimum 55% aggregate marks in Graduation (MBBS), while SC/ST/PWD category students must obtain 50% marks.
Students should have completed one-year rotatory internship.
Medical students must have obtained a registration certificate awarded by the NMC (National Medical Commission) or the State Medical Council (SMC).
There is no minimum age limit required to apply for the INI CET (Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test).
Applicants are required to apply through the E-application process (online) only. Last date for registration for this academic year is over. Candidates can apply next year by following the process given below.

The INI-CET Exam 2024 Admit Card was available on the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), official website on May 1, 2024. Students can access their hall ticket by logging in with their login id and password.
Steps to Get Admit card:
Students are suggested to carry their admit card to the exam centre on exam date. Without the admit-card, students are not permitted for the exam.
