KCET 2024 is a Karnataka state-level entrance exam for undergraduate degrees in engineering, pharmacy, agricultural, and veterinary colleges. The test will consist of four papers, each carrying 60 marks, and applicants who have finished 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology as essential subjects and obtained a minimum of 45% in aggregate can apply. Following the examination, the answer key will be made available, and applicants will be able to challenge any differences.
KCET 2024 Application Form
Eligibility criteria:
- Eligibility criteria for Engineering/Technology courses require a candidate to have passed Q.E. with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.
- Candidate must have also studied Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Science as optional subjects and obtained a minimum of 45% marks in the optional subjects in the Q.E.
- Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Category-I, and OBC (2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B) categories require a minimum of 40% marks in the Q.E.
- In case a candidate's marks in Chemistry are less than required aggregate percentage, the marks obtained in Bio-Technology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Science in Q.E. will be considered for determining eligibility but not for rank.
- The Engineering rank list is prepared and published based on the candidate's performance in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in both Common Entrance Test and Qualifying Examination by taking the marks in equal proportions.

Steps to Fill Application form
The following are the processes to fill out the KCET 2024 application form:
Visit the Karnataka Examination Authority's (KEA) official website at http://kea.kar.nic.in/
- On the homepage, click the "CET-2024" link.
- Select the "Apply Online" option.
- After carefully reading all of the instructions, click the "New User? Click Here to Register" button.
- Fill in your personal information, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Make a password and a security question and answer.
- Press the "Submit" button.
- Following successful registration, you will be sent a User ID and Password to your registered email address and cell phone number.
- Enter your User ID and Password to log in.
- Fill out the application form completely, including personal information, academic information, contact information, and so on.
- Upload scanned photos, signature, and left-hand thumb impression in the format required.
- Pay your application fee online with a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
- Once you've finished all of the steps, click the "Submit" button.
- Take a printout of the application form and save it for future use.
To avoid mistakes, make sure to fill out the application form completely and precisely. Also, before beginning the application procedure, collect all relevant documents and information.

KCET 2024 Admit Card
Admit Card will be available on the official site on 05 May 2024 and here are steps to download admit card
- Visit the Karnataka Examination Authority's (KEA) official website at kea.kar.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click the "CET-2024" link.
- Select the "Download Admission Ticket" option.
- Enter your KCET 2024 Application Number as well as your birth date.
- Press the "Submit" button.
- The screen will display your KCET 2024 Admit Card.
- Print the admit card after downloading it.
- Bring your admit card to the exam centre along with valid picture ID proof, such as an Aadhaar card, passport, or voter ID.
