The GCET 2023 exam dates were announced by the government earlier. On May 13 and 14, 2023, the GCET 2023 exam will be given at different places in Goa. The detailed official notice was posted on the official website, which is dte.goa.gov.in. Applicants for the GCET who want to take the entrance exam will have to go through the registration process and then fill out an application form.


How to Apply for GCET in 2023

Step 1: Go to the GCET 2023 website (link is above).
Step 2: Sign up with an email address and a password.
Step 3: Click on the link sent to your email to confirm your account, and then log in to fill out the application form.
Step 4: Choose a subject and upload your photo and signature.
Step 5: Click on the link to pay the GCET application fee at the payment portal.
Step 6: Choose the exam centre after the payment process is complete.
Step 7: To move forward, download the application form.


GCET Eligibility Criteria for 2023
Check if you meet the requirements to take the GCET 2023 exam:

The candidate must be a citizen of India. The NRI category is open to candidates who are NRIs, OCIs, or PIOs.
Subject: Physics and math are required, and candidates must also take one of the following: chemistry, biotechnology, biology, or technical vocational.
Marks: Candidates must get at least 45% of the possible points (40% for SC/ST candidates).
Scorecard: To get into architecture courses, the candidate must get valid marks on the NATA 2023 exam. Scores on the NEET UG 2023 will be needed for medical and dental schools.
Qualifications: Applicants must have passed the 12th intermediate exam or an exam from a recognised board that is the same or similar.
Age Limit: For Medicine, Dentistry, Homoeopathy, Ayurveda, Allied Health Science, B.V.Sc. and A.H., and Nursing, candidates must be at least 17 years old on or before December 31, 2023. There is no age limit for courses in engineering and pharmacy.
GCET 2023 Exam Pattern

Mode of Exam: The GCET exam in 2023 will only be given offline.
Total Questions: There will be 75 questions on each test paper.
Types of Questions: The test will have multiple-choice questions (MCQs).
Time: You will have 2 hours to finish the paper during the exam.
Marking scheme: A candidate will get one mark for every correct answer.
Negative Marks: The exam will not have any negative marks.
