Age Criteria
For JEE Main 2023, candidates must have been born on or after October 1, 1998. SC/ST and PWD candidates can get a 5-year age break, but they must have been born on or after October 1, 1993. The date of birth on the 10th certificate will be used.
Academic Requirements for the JEE Main in 2023
The candidates must have passed the 10+2 test or something similar from a well-known board.
Those who took the 12th test in 2020 but didn't pass won't be able to take it again, even if they pass it later. The qualifying exam must include PCM.
Those who take the qualifying test will also be taken into account for JEE Main 2023 Attempts.
There are only so many times you can take the JEE test. If a person fails the first test, they can try the next two.
Students who show up for both sessions in the same school year are only counted as having tried once, and the best score from the two is used to rank the students.
JEE Main 2023 Exam Pattern
To prepare for the JEE Main exam, students must know how the test is set up and how points are given. The first part of the test is for BTech, and the second part is for B.Plan and B.Arch. The PCM subjects make up the JEE Main 2023, and each topic has 20 multiple-choice questions (MCQ) and 10 numerical questions, of which 5 must be answered. There are a total of 300 points on the JEE Main 2023 test.
