This Year's VITEEE 2023

On April 17, 2023, the Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination2023 (VITEEE 2023) began. On April 23, 2023, the VITEEE will no longer be offered. The VITEEE 2023 exam, originally scheduled to take place in Allahabad (Prayagraj) on April 17, has been moved to Thursday, April 21. Registration for the VITEEE 2023

On November 11, 2022, officials distributed the VITEEE 2023 application. Candidates for VITEEE 2023 were required to give personal information and an email address. After that, they were required to confirm their password and fill out the remainder of the VITEEE 2023 application. Applicants were cautioned to be thorough while filling out their DOB on the application. General applicants had to pay a non-refundable application fee of INR 1,350 (GST included) using Netbanking, Credit/Debit card, or Paytm.

Eligibility Requirements for the VITEEE 2023

Candidates interested in learning more about their requirements to be admitted to VITEEE 2023 may do so by consulting the exam's eligibility criteria.

A Resident/Non-Resident Indian National/PIO Holder is required for admission.

Candidates must have been born on or after July 1, 2001, to be considered for VITEEE 2023. The date of birth on the High School Diploma will be accepted as valid. To be accepted, a candidate must provide an original copy of this certificate as evidence of age during counselling.

The VITEEE 2023 requires that all applicants either pass or be scheduled to take one of the following qualifying exams in 2023.

Qualification Exam Eligibility Requirements

The VITEEE minimum score requirement for 2023 is 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology from the candidate's qualifying test (+2/Intermediate).

For the following groups, the combined average of their scores in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology from their qualifying test (+2/Intermediate) should be at least 50%:

a) Members of the SC/ST Community

(b) Applicants from Jammu and Kashmir/Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura in the North-Eastern region of India.

The applicant will be allowed admission if the birth certificate is shown during counselling.

Management's decision regarding their eligibility and admission to the course shall be decisive if the applicant fails to present the mark statement at the time of admission.

VITEEE-2023 is a requirement for BTech admission for Indian citizens, NRIs, and PIOs.

Suppose VITEEE is postponed or cancelled due to a natural disaster. In that case, other qualifying requirements, such as greater secondary school marks, JEE Main 2023 scores, or a legitimate SAT score, may be used.

Subject Requirements for Eligibility:

All B.Tech. Degree courses require applicants to have taken and passed the qualifying exams in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

Candidates are only qualified for B.Tech. Bio-stream Degree courses are as follows if they have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in their qualifying examination; however, registration for Mathematics as a bridging course is needed after entering. Programmes leading to a Bachelor of Technology degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Computer Science with a focus on Bioinformatics or Electrical and Computer Engineering

Candidates must meet the qualifying requirements even if admitted based on their VITEEE score.

Schedule VITEEE 2023

The official VITEEE 2023 slot booking procedure is now complete. Candidates must sign in with their application numbers and passwords to schedule appointments. Candidates were urged to use the slot booking tool as soon as possible because of its first-come, first-serve nature.

Admit Card for VITEEE 2023

After the time slot booking procedure is complete, registered candidates can access the VITEEE admission card 2023. The VIT 2023 admission card announces information, including the designated testing location, date, time, and other pertinent information. The admission ticket will not be made available by any other means. Candidates must bring their VITEEE 2023 admit card and a government-issued photo ID when they show up for the test.
