In order to appear in TISS BAT (Tata Institute of Social Sciences Bachelor Admission Test), candidates need to fulfil following eligibility conditions.
Students must have completed class 10+2 in any stream (commerce, science, arts) from CBSE/ICSE or any other recognised board are eligible to apply.
Students must have obtained minimum 50 % aggregate marks are eligible to apply.
Candidates who are awaiting their board results are also eligible to apply.
The upper age limit for General and OBC category students is 20 years while the upper age limit for SC/ST categorised students is 23 years.
Reservation Criteria:
Reservation Policy for Tuljapur, Mumbai and Hyderabad Campuses are as per Government of India requirements for admission to the academic year 2023-24: -
All rules regarding reservations of seats under different priorities and categories will be applicable only at the time of final seat allocation via wait list/merit list.
Reservation Policy:
(a) SC (Scheduled Castes): 15% of the total seats.
(b) ST (Schedule Tribes): 7.5% of the total seats.
(c) (Non-Creamy Layers) OBC (Other Backward Classes): -27% of the total seats.
